Salamaghe
Salamaghe
Crystalline turquoise waters, a green pinewood and the vast biodiversity of the flora and fauna at the coastal pond in Salamaghe.
The sand here is granitic and the beach of Salamaghe is immensely popular with families, thanks to the sandy seabed and safe bathing for even the youngest visitors. The vast wetlands behind the pinewood offer the possibility to observe many animal species, including herons, flamingos and many more. You will also admire the lush vegetation that colours the whole area in every season.
How to get here
From the centre of Budoni, continue south along Via Nazionale and turn into Via Emilio Lussu. Once at the carpark, continue along the footpath beside the pond and cross a small wooden bridge.
